Fitness and healthy eating has became more “mainstream” in the past few years. There are millions of websites and blogs that are trying to sell on “quick ways to lose 10 lbs in a week” or “do not eat X,Y,Z foods and you will lose weight quickly”. Should we always be in such a rush to lose weight in such a fast manner? I believe that we can work to efficiently lose weight over a period of time and keep the weight off. The biggest reason many people have for not working out or eating healthy is due to time. Most of our time as students is taken up by studying, going to class, working and extracurricular activities. We can easily incorporate fitness and healthy eating into our busy lifestyles by efficient exercising and meal prepping. Moreover, healthy eating and exercising has a numerous amount of benefits.
